Arsenal are set to make an offer to sign Leroy Sane today, according to reports from Turkey, amid rival interest from Fenerbahce and Galatasaray.

A couple of well-known Turkish reporters have claimed Arsenal are set to formally enter the bidding for the signing of Leroy Sane from Bayern Munich, with the winger currently set to be a free agent at the end of the month.
Yagiz Sabuncuoglu reports for Transfermarkt.com.tr that Arsenal will make an offer, and Sami Yen Haber claims the offer will be made today – June 9th.

Yet the Gunners are far from the only club in the race at this stage.
Sabuncuoglu claims Fenerbahce are offering a net salary of €10m, as well as a €5m signing bonus. Galatasaray have made a €9m offer, though the breakdown of the salary versus signing fee is unknown.
The same source claims Bayern Munich are offering Sane a gross salary of €16m to stay where he is and extend his contract.

Bild’s Christian Falk claimed this week that Sane favours a move to Arsenal over all of the alternatives, but only if he decides to leave Bayern.
Throughout the process, a Bayern Munich contract extension has always seemed like the most probable option, with Bild repeatedly stating that the two parties want to continue together.
Even so, as the final month of Sane’s deal continues to run down, Arsenal’s hopes of luring him away appear to grow. If the reports from Turkey are correct, the Gunners are about to step up their pursuit.
