One Arsenal fan was on the pitch during Tuesday’s rendition of The Angel (North London Forever) before the match against Real Madrid, and he shared a clip of the moment online.

Those in attendance for Tuesday’s match between Arsenal and Real Madrid have described it as one of the best nights and best atmospheres in the history of the Emirates Stadium.
The fans were up for the game long before it kicked off, and they sang along to Louis Dunford’s The Angel before the teams walked out of the tunnel.
Online content creator Tom McGowan was among the group preparing to shake the Champions League flag in the centre of the pitch, and he shared his headcam footage of the moment after the game.

McGowan initially sang along with the fans, before taking the camera off and saying “I’m genuinely going to cry, this is crazy!”
Louis Dunford responded to McGowan’s post with a heart emoji, and there are probably plenty of fans out there who wish they’d had the opportunity to experience the moment from the same vantage point.

Arsenal are 3-0 up in their quarter-final tie against Real Madrid after the first leg, with the second leg at the Bernabeu still to come.
If the Gunners can make it through that game without suffering a heavy defeat, they’ll welcome either Paris Saint-Germain or Aston Villa to the Emirates for the semi-finals.
