Arsenal received seven England call-ups for the September break, concentrated in just two teams.

The Gunners didn’t receive any call-ups from the England u21s, u20s, or u18s, but they did have players in the u19s and the u17s.

In the u19s, new signing Tommy Setford was joined by Ethan Nwaneri, Myles Lewis-Skelly, and Ayden Heaven, all of whom were involved with the side for the first time.

The England u19s were playing friendlies in preparation for November’s u19 Euro qualifiers.

In the u17s, Jack PorterMax Dowman, and Theo Julienne were all involved. Dowman is still just 14 years old, but he’s playing regular football for the Arsenal u18s, so it was no surprise to see him involved with England a few age groups up.

The England u17s were playing in the Pinatar International Tournament.

As for Wales, Will Sweet was called up by the u19s, and Brayden Clarke by the u18s for their friendly matches.
