PSV Eindhoven‘s midfielder Joey Veerman is no stranger to transfer nonsense. His impressive and consistent performances have long attracted attention, and football analyst Aad de Mos believes the Dutchman should strongly consider a move to Arsenal, even if giants like Real Madrid come calling.

Why Arsenal over Madrid?

De Mos argues that Veerman’s playing style meshes perfectly with Arsenal’s current setup. “I think Veerman is a typical player for Arsenal,” he said. He sees Veerman as a valuable addition to the Gunners’ midfield, offering a distinct dynamic compared to current options.

Madrid’s wealth of midfield talent, including young stars like Camavinga and Tchouaméni, might limit Veerman’s opportunities. “He won’t play much there,” de Mos added. “I think it would be better for him to move to Arsenal.”
