Ajax’s young striker Brian Brobbey has his sights set on a move to one of Europe’s biggest clubs, specifically naming Arsenal, Manchester United, and Real Madrid as potential destinations.

His impressive goal-scoring record for Ajax has fuelled his confidence and attracted interest from top teams.

Young Ajax forward Brian Brobbey isn’t lacking in confidence or ambition. In a recent interview with Men’s Health, he declared his desire to join one of the world’s elite football clubs: Arsenal, Manchester United, or Real Madrid.

Brobbey’s resurgence at Ajax

The 22-year-old’s self-assurance stems from his impressive performances since returning to Ajax following a less successful stint at RB Leipzig. With a total of 48 goals and 17 assists in 115 games for the Dutch giants, Brobbey is turning heads and fuelling transfer speculation. This season, he’s continued his strong form with 21 goals (and 10 assists) in 39 matches.

Sky-high valuation

Brobbey believes his performances warrant a hefty €80 million price tag, specifically citing the upcoming European Championships as a potential showcase. “If I can score a goal, I promote myself even more and increase my value,” he stated.

Manchester United connection

A move to Manchester United could reunite Brobbey with his former Ajax manager Erik ten Hag.

Arsenal linked in January

Arsenal have already been linked with a move for the centre-forward. In January, he was added to a growing list of forwards Arsenal are said to be interested in but little more was head about the rumour.

Ambitions beyond Ajax

While grateful for Ajax’s support, Brobbey is determined to make a mark at an even bigger club. “I’m about to blossom,” he proclaims. “I still want to achieve many great things in my career, such as playing for a very big football club.”
