Real Madrid’s young winger, Rodrygo, has reportedly rebuffed interest from Premier League giants Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City, according to sources close to the player.

The 22-year-old Brazilian is determined to carve out a career for himself at the Bernabéu despite the impending arrival of Kylian Mbappé.

Mbappé, the French superstar, has been heavily linked with a move to Real Madrid on a free transfer once his contract with Paris Saint-Germain expires at the end of the season. The arrival of the prolific goalscorer has cast a shadow over Rodrygo’s future at the club, with some reports suggesting he could be used sold to generate funds for other reinforcements.

However, Rodrygo seems unfazed by the transfer rumours. His representatives have reportedly informed interested clubs that he is not interested in a move away from the Spanish capital and is determined to fight for his place in the starting lineup under manager Carlo Ancelotti.

Rodrygo’s impressive performances in recent seasons have not gone unnoticed, and he is seen as a key part of Real Madrid’s future plans. His loyalty to the club and his belief in his own abilities could see him challenge for a starting spot even with Mbappé potentially joining the ranks.
