Arsenal’s success with Martin Odegaard, who blossomed after leaving Real Madrid, has sparked speculation about a potential move for another talented Madrid midfielder – Brahim Diaz.

Diaz, facing limited playing opportunities within Real Madrid’s star-studded lineup, could be tempted by Arsenal’s offer of a more prominent role.

Arsenal are reportedly plotting a move to sign Real Madrid‘s 24-year-old Brahim Diaz, a playmaker facing limited opportunities at the Spanish club – a scenario reminiscent of Martin Odegaard‘s successful transfer to the Gunners. Recent reports suggest Arsenal is prepared to offer Real Madrid a significant sum for Diaz’s signature.

The potential transfer to Arsenal could be highly appealing for Diaz. Like Odegaard, he faces increased competition within Real Madrid‘s star-studded lineup. Arsenal would offer him a guaranteed starting role and a chance to become a centerpiece of their attacking strategy.

While Real Madrid values Diaz and has no active plans to sell him, a substantial offer from Arsenal could change their minds, especially if the player expresses a desire to leave. This move would not only benefit Diaz’s career development but could also open up opportunities for young Turkish talent Arda Güler, who is also eager for more playing time at Real Madrid.

Arsenal could also offer Diaz a much bigger wage packet. So says the journalists at Sport in Spain, anyway.

Diaz, the Malaga-born attacking midfielder, has recently committed to playing for the Moroccan national team, relinquishing his eligibility for Spain.
