The PFA report that Arsenal’s Jorginho and Aaron Ramsdale have now completed their UEFA B coaching license.

Jeorge Bird had reported in early February that Jorginho and Ramsdale coached the Arsenal u14s during a training session at the start of the month, and this was seemingly one of the final steps for the pair to complete the qualification.

The two are clearly thinking about their futures in football, and it’s nice for the two of them to complete the qualification as a pair.

Jorginho and Ramsdale are clearly getting along well at the moment, with the pair also sharing a joke on Instagram earlier this week.

It began when Ethan Nwaneri made a substitute appearance for Arsenal against West Ham United on Sunday, and Mikel Arteta revealed that players on the bench had been calling for his introduction.

“There is something that you have to earn in your team, and that is the trust of the teammates,” Arteta said.

“And I had two things: one, the players on the bench whispering to bring Ethan on, which is a great thing to hear, and the other one your teammates want to give you the ball all of the time.”

Ramsdale then tagged Jorginho in the comments of Nwaneri’s post, suggesting it was the Italian international calling for the youngster’s introduction.

It’s always a good thing to have a tight-knit squad, and an unexpected friendship developing between two future coaching hopefuls is a strong sign of that.
