Arsenal‘s Egyptian midfielder Mohamed Elneny is attracting interest from three major Turkish clubs: Trabzonspor, Besiktas, and Galatasaray.

Reports suggest that these clubs are considering a move for Elneny, who earlier this year signed a new one-year contract with Arsenal.

Elneny, 31, has expressed his desire to end his career with the North London club but has faced challenges in securing regular playing time. This season, he has made only four appearances, leading, once again, to speculation about his future at the club.

With his contract set to expire in the summer, Elneny is eligible to engage in formal negotiations with other clubs for a potential Bosman transfer from the start of the new year.

Journalist Fabrizio Romano has indicated that the interest from Trabzonspor, Besiktas, and Galatasaray is genuine. Additionally, there is reported interest from clubs in the Saudi league for the seasoned midfielder.

Elneny joined Arsenal from FC Basel in the January 2016 transfer window. Since then, he has scored six goals and provided 10 assists in 159 appearances for the Gunners.

Elneny has a current transfer value estimated between €1.0M and €1.6M.
