Arsenal are reportedly honing in on Nigerian striker Victor Boniface, who plays for Bayer Leverkusen, as they look to strengthen their attack.

Arsenal have reportedly set their sights on Victor Boniface, the Nigerian forward currently playing for Bayer Leverkusen, as a potential key addition to their squad.

The 23-year-old striker, known for his impressive performances in the Bundesliga, has emerged as a ‘concrete’ target for the Gunners.

Boniface, who joined Bayer Leverkusen on July 22, 2023, has been making waves in Germany’s top tier. With a contract set to expire in June 2028, his market value has soared to €40.00m, reflecting his rising stature in European football.

Standing tall at 1.90m/6’2″, Boniface’s physical presence and skill as a centre-forward have attracted attention from several other top clubs, including Juventus, Milan, and Napoli.

Born on December 23, 2000, in Akure, Nigeria, Boniface has already made a significant impact at the international level, earning four caps and scoring one goal for the Nigerian national team.

His performances in the Bundesliga have been particularly noteworthy, with 10 goals and seven assists in 16 appearances this season, averaging a goal every 129 minutes.

In the Europa League, he has added another four goals and an assist in five appearances, further underscoring his potential.
