Gabriel Martinelli, following Arsenal‘s recent 2-1 victory over Wolves, emphasised the unpredictability of the Premier League and the importance of staying alert throughout the match.

Despite Arsenal being 2-0 up early in the game, Wolves managed to score late, leading to a tense finish. Martinelli highlighted that a single action can change the course of a game, but he believed Arsenal deserved the win due to their performance and effort.

Martinelli himself had a close chance to extend Arsenal‘s lead in the first half, hitting the post with a low shot. He stressed the importance of continuing to push for more goals, saying, “We tried our best, we kept going, we didn’t start to play like it was already won.”

The victory was significant for Arsenal, putting them four points clear at the top of the Premier League table after 14 games.

Martinelli expressed the team’s ambition to remain at the top for the rest of the season, stating, “Every game is important. We know we are top of the Premier League now. We want to be there; we want to be top of the Premier League for the rest of the season. We’ll try our best.”
