The qualifiers for the Paris 2024 Olympics are in full swing, and 16 players from Arsenal are among those battling for a spot.

Here’s an overview of how they have been performing.

Australia: Caitlin Foord, Kyra Cooney-Cross, Steph Catley.

Australia have won two out of two so far and are looking to the Chinese Taipei game to make it three out of three and qualify for Round 3 that will take place on 24 and 28 February 2024.

Caitlin Foord scored a hattrick against the Philippines.

Netherlands: Vivianne Miedema and Victoria Pelova.

They are top of Group A1 with six points, level on points with England. There is no doubt qualification will go to the final day as only the group winners go through to the finals.

England: Lotte Wubben-Moy and Alessia Russo.

They are second in Group A1 with six points, level on points with the Netherlands. There is no doubt qualification will go to the final day as only the group winners go through to the finals. England being the team trying to qualify Team GB for the Olympics.

Austria: Manuela Zinsberger.

They are second in Group A2, trailing France by five points; qualification looks unlikely.

Norway: Frida Maanum.

They are bottom of Group A2, trailing France by eight points. They are not mathematically out yet, but they will not go to the Olympics.

Denmark: Kathrine Kühl.

They are top of Group A3, three points ahead of Germany. They are looking good to win the group and make the Nations League semi-finals.

Spain: Laia Codina.

They are top of Group A4 with a 100% record after three games. The final game on Matchday 6 against Sweden should be the decider.

Sweden: Stina Blackstenius, Amanda Ilestedt and Lina Hurtig.

They are second in Group A4 and are likely to need to beat Spain away to win the group. Hurtig did not join the Sweden squad due to an injury and Ilestedt returned to Arsenal early as she is not fully fit to play on Tuesday against Italy.

Switzerland: Noëlle Maritz and Lia Wälti.

They are bottom of the table in Group A4. They are not mathematically out yet, but there is no doubt they will not go to the Olympics.

Already qualified for the Paris Olympics: Canada (Sabrina D’Angelo and Cloé Lacasse).

Katie McCabe is not taking part in the Paris Olympics qualifiers as the Republic of Ireland play in League B. They are looking good for promotion with a 100% record so far.
