Martin Odegaard has issued a strong message to Arsenal‘s title rivals, insisting that the team has yet to hit its best form this season.

The Norwegian international has been instrumental in Arsenal‘s bright start, with two straight victories, as they battle against reigning champions Manchester City for the title.

“The start of the season is always tricky. It takes a bit of time before everyone finds their rhythm,” said the Norway international.

Odegaard played a key role in 10-man Arsenal‘s hard-fought win over Crystal Palace on Monday night, scoring the decisive penalty.

“It’s crucial to still get the three points and build on it from there. I’m very happy to win, and I’m sure we’ll get better and better with every game,” he added.

The match was a tough test, and Arsenal had to dig deep and fight for victory, especially when playing at Selhurst Park.

Odegaard emphasised the importance of being able to suffer in such matches. “When you come to Selhurst Park, you have to be able to suffer and we knew that. We did that brilliantly and we deserved the points,” he said.
