Ejeheri, who considers Italian legend Gianluigi Buffon as his role model, has high aspirations to grace the Premier League and the Champions League stages.

The Hale End Academy graduate expressed his ambition in a recent interview:

“I’m not sure yet [if I will remain until the end of the Veikkausliiga season].  Now you just have to focus on playing, winning and getting clean sheets,” Ejeheri told Mtv Uutiset.

“Arsenal keep in touch with me. They watch my every match there and have been happy with my progress so far. I just have to keep doing what I’m doing.”

Despite his ongoing loan spell, Arsenal maintain close communication with Ejeheri, tracking his performances match by match.

The club’s enthusiasm over the goalkeeper’s progress signals their interest in potentially integrating the young talent into their squad upon his return.
