He rapidly ascended through the various youth ranks, scoring 20 goals from midfield for the U16 side, and played regularly at U18 level.

His first full season at U18 level was marked by his drive and self-belief, with six goals in 19 appearances.

Lessons learned during loan spells

Following his time with the Gunners, Jeffrey gained invaluable experience from several loan spells.

His first professional debut came with Stevenage in March 2013, followed by a short-term deal with Boreham Wood in December of the same year.

These spells away from Arsenal offered him the chance to grow as a player, experiencing different styles of play and new challenges.

Further professional journey

Following his time at Arsenal, Jeffrey continued to navigate the challenging terrain of professional football, signing for clubs like Wycombe Wanderers, Welling United, Concord Rangers, and Forest Green Rovers, before joining Billericay Town in 2022.

Now, Jeffrey is eager to apply his vast experience and hard-won lessons at Dulwich Hamlet.

With his undeniable pace and drive to win, Jeffrey is poised to make a big impact at his new club.

I’m delighted to be here,” said Anthony, “it’s a club that I’ve looked at for a long time, and one that shouldn’t be in the Isthmian Premier. The club has a fanbase that I’ve admired for a long time, and it’s a place I’ve always thought I would always enjoy playing at and I am grateful for the opportunity.”

“I’ve spoken to a few players who have been here in the past and they all told me to come and experience it, don’t even consider anywhere else if they want you because you will enjoy it, the fans will enjoy watching you, and you’ll have a great year.”

“Hak and Terry are winners, and so am I, so it was as simple as that when we spoke. I’m done with just floating around in my career, now is the time to win a title, and I want winning to be the only thing on the table this year.”

Jeffrey has represented his country five times after his first call up in 2019.
