According to the Daily Mail, Arsenal’s interest in Guéhi has intensified, particularly in light of the dip in performance following William Saliba’s injury.

Saliba, the French defender, has missed the last seven games for Mikel Arteta’s side, with Rob Holding stepping in as a replacement. During this period, Arsenal  had three draws and a loss against Manchester City. As a result, strengthening the defence has become a priority for the Gunners in the transfer market.

Marc Guéhi, who signed for Crystal Palace in 2021 from Chelsea for £18 million, has been a consistent presence in the Eagles’ starting line-up. His impressive performances have earned him a spot in the England squad in 2022, although he was not part of the World Cup squad.
