Gravenberch’s entourage seeks meeting with Arsenal

It has been reported that the entourage of Bayern Munich’s Ryan Gravenberch are looking to meet with Arsenal this week to discuss a potential transfer.

The 20-year-old Dutch midfielder has struggled to secure a regular spot in the Bayern lineup since his move from Ajax last summer in a deal worth €18.5m.

He has played just 712 minutes this season.

Dutch midfielder’s future uncertain at Bayern Munich

Gravenberch’s situation has not improved since Thomas Tuchel took over as Bayern Munich’s head coach, replacing Julian Nagelsmann.

This lack of playing time has attracted the attention of Arsenal, among other clubs, as they look to strengthen their midfield options.

According to Fussball Transfers, the Netherlands international is currently in “flirting mode” as his representatives explore possible options for his future.

Arsenal are included in the list of clubs they are considering.

Arsenal looking to strengthen midfield options

Mikel Arteta’s side is looking to bolster its midfield, and the Dutchman could be an excellent addition. But he is just one of a host of midfielders that have been linked with Arsenal ahead of the summer transfer window.

Gravenberch has a contract with Bayern Munich until 2027, and it is understood that the German club won’t let him leave for a bargain price in the summer transfer window.

Arsenal will need to be prepared to make a substantial offer if they wish to secure the services of the young Dutch star.
