Alan Nixon reports for The S*n that Michael Olise plans to remain with Crystal Palace for next season.

Multiple top Premier League clubs are reportedly watching the Palace winger, including Arsenal, but Olise feels settled with his current side and wants to complete another full season at Selhurst Park.

Reports from earlier this week had suggested that Mikel Arteta is a big fan of Olise, and Arsenal are interested in signing the winger this summer.

According to the claims, Palace would be looking for a fee of around £40m, and Olise would act as a backup to Bukayo Saka.

But the player still has three years left on his Palace deal, and if he’s keen to stay for a bit longer, it’s hard to see why his current club would force him out.

Olise has started 24 of their 31 Premier League matches this season, scoring two goals and assisting eight, and Palace already look set to lose one forward in free-agent Wilfried Zaha.

Relegation from the Premier League could change things, but another positive result for Palace this weekend should have secured their safety.

At the time of writing, Olise’s club are nine points and six teams clear of dropping into the relegation zone. With just seven or eight games left to play for the teams below them, that’s a huge gap.
