As Mikel Arteta’s side continue their impressive Premier League campaign, sources have claimed that the club is eyeing multiple high-profile targets to bolster their squad for the new season.

According to Football Insider, West Ham’s Declan Rice has emerged as Arsenal’s number one midfield target.

The versatile English international has attracted attention from numerous top clubs, and it is believed that West Ham will only entertain bids in excess of £100 million.

If successful, the deal would surpass Arsenal’s previous transfer record of £72 million, spent on Nicolas Pepe in 2019.

However, the Gunners’ ambitions don’t stop there. The club is also reportedly pursuing a world-class forward to slot straight into the starting lineup.

Football Insider disclosed that Arsenal have also rekindled their interest in Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez, who has been on the club’s radar for some time.

Additionally, the North London side is considering a move for Barcelona winger Raphinha, after expressing interest in the Brazilian last summer.

The combination of these potential signings would undoubtedly strengthen Arsenal’s attacking options and elevate their status as serious repeat title contenders.

Arsenal’s potential success in the transfer market is likely to be boosted by their stellar performance in the Premier League this season.

With a healthy lead over reigning champions Manchester City, the Gunners could be celebrating their first title in 20 years, significantly increasing their appeal to potential signings.

The club is also focusing on securing the futures of their existing stars.

While Gabriel Magalhaes and Gabriel Martinelli have recently committed to the club, Arsenal fans are still awaiting official confirmation on new contracts for key players such as Bukayo Saka, William Saliba, and Granit Xhaka.

As Arsenal prepare to embark on a potentially record-breaking summer, the club’s fans can look forward to an exciting new era under Mikel Arteta’s guidance.

With a combination of top-quality signings and the retention of their current stars, the future looks brighter than ever for the Gunners.
