Arsenal Women’s Academy teams excel, reaching Cup finals and topping leagues, while the senior team prepares for title decider.

The Arsenal Women’s senior team is not the only one doing well this season.

The Academy teams are certainly doing a great job and will be involved in a couple of Cup finals in the upcoming weeks.

The U-16 team won their league unbeaten and will be playing the FA Girls Youth Cup final at Loughborough University against Manchester United.

Supporters, who are not making the away trip to Wolfsburg, are welcomed to support the youngsters as they go for the double.

In what will be an exciting match on Saturday, 22nd April at 4:00 pm, the clash will take place at Loughborough University Stadium, as both teams battle it out for the prestigious FA Girls’ Cup title.

The U-21 team are currently top of their league ahead of Chelsea and will be competing in the Capital Women’s Cup final against AFC Wimbledon Women senior team.

The game will be played in Hounslow, close to Heathrow Airport, with the closest tube stations being Hounslow West and a short bus ride.

The highly anticipated match against AFC Wimbledon Women is scheduled for Wednesday, 26th April at 7:45 pm BST. Tickets are priced at £5 for adults and free entry for kids under 16.

The senior team had no game this weekend as they were eliminated from the FA Women’s Cup in a previous round.

It allowed Jonas Eidevall and his team to prepare thoroughly for the title decider away to Manchester United next Wednesday.

Some players also took a short trip to Birmingham to support their former teammates Jordan Nobbs and Anna Patten (currently on loan there) at Aston Villa.

In the FA Cup, Chelsea defeated Villa 1-0, while United defeated Brighton 3-2 and will compete in the FA Women’s Cup final at Wembley Stadium on Sunday 14 May.
