Newcastle’s revamped scouting and recruitment strategy

Newcastle United’s Sporting Director, Dan Ashworth, has been actively working on bolstering the club’s recruitment staff.

The addition of Eddie Black is part of a larger initiative to strengthen Newcastle’s scouting network.

The club plans to announce several more scouting and recruitment positions, including the appointment of seven international scouts across Europe, a Head of Emerging Talent, and a Recruitment Operations Manager.

Upon being appointed as Newcastle’s Academy Lead Scout, Eddie Black expressed his gratitude to Arsenal and excitement for his new role.
