Sky Sports journalist Florian Plettenberg reports that the Gunners are currently keeping a close eye on Gravenberch’s situation at the Bundesliga club.

Arsenal’s current midfield is already packed with talent, including Martin Odegaard, Granit Xhaka, Thomas Partey, and Jorginho. Gravenberch would undoubtedly face stiff competition should he join the London club.

However, with only 702 minutes of game time this season at Bayern Munich, Gravenberch could potentially find more opportunities to play under Mikel Arteta’s management at Arsenal.

Gravenberch’s future at Bayern Munich remains uncertain, as newly-appointed manager Thomas Tuchel will have the final say on the young midfielder’s role in the team.

The Dutch international signed with Bayern last summer after an €18.5 million transfer from Ajax and is currently under contract until 2027.

Transfermarkt values Gravenberch at €30 million, which could be appealing to Bayern in terms of making a quick profit on their investment.

With Arsenal’s interest, a potential move to the Premier League could be on the cards for the talented midfielder but it’s crucial to note that there haven’t been any negotiations between Arsenal and Bayern Munich.

Any interest seems to be in the very early stages, with the Gunners merely monitoring Gravenberch’s progress and weighing their options at this point.
