Arsenal pursue Eintracht Frankfurt’s Jesper Lindstrom

Arsenal are reportedly showing significant interest in Eintracht Frankfurt’s Jesper Lindstrom, who looks set to depart the German club after two years.

According to SPORT1, Jesper Lindstrom could leave Eintracht Frankfurt for around €30 million.

The club has already been approached by three to four major clubs, and Frankfurt are open to letting the young offensive player move on.

Arsenal and Brentford show interest

Arsenal are said to be particularly keen on Lindstrom, with the Premier League frontrunners finding the price tag manageable.

Brentford FC, who already boast five Danish players, are also looking for a similar profile of player to Lindstrom.

Eintracht Frankfurt’s contingency plans

Eintracht Frankfurt’s sports director, Markus Krösche, is reportedly planning for Lindstrom’s potential departure.

The club are said to be eyeing Omar Marmoush, a versatile player from VfL Wolfsburg, who could join Frankfurt for free.

Lindstrom’s impressive record

Since joining Eintracht Frankfurt from Brondby two years ago for €7 million, Lindstrom has had a remarkable run.

He has contributed 13 goals and 14 assists in 70 competitive games and played a crucial role in their Europa League victory last season.
