The 21-year-old has caught the attention of both clubs with his impressive performances, igniting a competitive race off the pitch as they each look to bolster their squads.

Amadou Onana has been a revelation in Everton’s midfield, displaying remarkable skill and maturity for a player of his age. His contract with the Toffees runs until June 2027, but the allure of playing for one of the Premier League’s top clubs could be a tempting prospect for the young talent.

According to TEAMtalk, Chelsea have expressed significant interest in acquiring Onana’s services, but the Gunners are also said to be keen on the player and are prepared to challenge their London rivals for his signature.

With an estimated market value of €42 million (as per Transfermarkt), Onana won’t come cheap.

However, the investment could prove to be a wise move for either Arsenal or Chelsea, as the midfielder has the potential to develop into a world-class talent.

It remains to be seen which club will ultimately prevail in the race for Amadou Onana, but Arsenal fans are undoubtedly hoping that their team can come out on top.
