Arsenal are reportedly looking to sign Galatasaray right-back Sacha Boey in the summer transfer window for around €20m.

The Gunners are keen on strengthening their right side and reportedly also showed interest in the 22-year-old during the January transfer window.

However, they face competition from other clubs such as Udinese, Newcastle, and Crystal Palace.

Boey has been in impressive form for Galatasaray, who are currently leading the Super Lig table with 13 consecutive wins.

Who is Sacha Boey?

Sacha Boey is a 22-year-old right-back who currently plays for Galatasaray in the Turkish Super Lig.

He was born on June 6, 2000, in Montpellier, France.

Boey began his professional career at Rennes, where he made six appearances in the 2020-21 season before being sold to Galatasaray for €1.15m in the summer of 2021.

He has since established himself as a key player for the Turkish club, contributing to their success in the Super Lig, where they are currently top of the table by six points.

Boey is known for his attacking abilities, as well as his defensive skills, and has been described as a pacey and dynamic player.

He has also represented France at the U20 level and has two assists in 21 appearances this season.
