Arsenal Women have welcomed a host of new signings to the club this January, including Dutch midfielder Victoria Pelova who has given a lengthy article to Arsenal.com.

In a recent interview, Pelova shared her experiences of settling into the club and getting to know her new teammates.

She revealed that she has been staying with Vivianne Miedema, her fellow Dutch national team player and close friend, while she sorts out her living arrangements.

Pelova spoke highly of the warm welcome she has received from her new teammates, describing the Arsenal squad as “like a family” once you get to know everyone.

She credited Danielle van de Donk and Sari van Veenendaal, former Arsenal players now with Lyon and PSV Eindhoven respectively, with convincing her to join the club.

On the pitch, Pelova has been enjoying the challenge of training with some of the world’s best players, including Kim Little and Caitlin Foord.

She expressed her excitement at the prospect of improving her game and contributing to the team in any way she can.

As a versatile midfielder with qualities suited to both attacking and defensive play, Pelova will no doubt prove to be a valuable addition to Arsenal Women’s squad.

With her talent, work rate, and positive attitude, she is sure to make an impact in the coming months.
