Dani Ceballos’ current contract is set to expire in June, but his recent performances have caught the attention of other clubs across Europe, leading Real Madrid to act fast.

The club has reportedly offered Ceballos a three-year deal with an increase in salary, taking him to 2026 with approximate earnings of €6m per season, an increase from his current €3.5m.

Atlético de Madrid, Real Betis, AC Milan, and Aston Villa are among the clubs who have expressed an interest in Ceballos, however, he has already rejected offers from both Milan and Villa.

Atlético Madrid’s offer has reportedly caught Ceballos’ attention, however, but he has made it clear that his priority is to continue playing for Real Madrid.

If a renewal with Real Madrid falls through, Ceballos has expressed his preference to move to Real Betis.

Real Madrid has begun negotiations with Ceballos and his representatives, and it is believed that he will continue playing for the club.

Fans have shown their admiration for Ceballos in recent weeks, with a chant of “Ceballos, stay” heard at recent games.

The club is keen to retain Ceballos as they look to rebuild their midfield with young talent, however, the player himself has stated that he would like to see more playing time.
