Chelsea have confirmed that they have signed long-term Arsenal target, Mykhaylo Mudryk, after their owner p*ssed himself following a run of bad results.

Chelsea, whose entire transfer strategy seems to be to wait to see who other clubs want and then throw stupid money at the club and player, confirmed the move on Sunday just before Arsenal were due to play Tottenham.

Speaking to the official Chelsea site, Mudryk said, “This is a huge club, in a fantastic league and it is a very attractive project for me at this stage of my career.

“I’m excited to meet my new team-mates and I’m looking forward to working and learning under Graham Potter and his staff.”
