Gio will spend the second half of the season playing for Arsenal after the club cut short her loan with Everton after losing both Beth Mead and Vivianne Miedema for the rest of the season.

The 19-year-old forward was signed from Barcelona for around €40,000 in the summer and was expected to spend the season on loan with Everton.

Gio has scored one goal in seven league appearances this season, 11 appearances across all competitions.
