Posting on the club website, Arsenal revealed that their four nominees for the November Player of the Month award are Gabriel Jesus, Gabriel Magalhaes, Martin Odegaard, and Ben White.

Arsenal had a busy couple of weeks at the start of November, facing Chelsea and Wolves in the Premier League, Brighton in the League Cup, and FC Zurich in the Europa League. But the rest of the month involved a break from club football for the World Cup.

Gabriel Jesus started in the three wins over Chelsea, Wolves, and Zurich, whilst he was only involved from the bench in the defeat to Brighton, and he continued to prove his usefulness to the team even when not scoring.

Gabriel Magalhaes also started the three wins, helping Arsenal to three clean sheets in those matches, and he even got on the scoresheet against Chelsea.

Martin Odegaard only started in the two league games, but he scored two goals in those games to help Arsenal end the first part of the campaign with a win over Wolves.

Finally, Ben White was again involved in all three clean sheets for Arsenal, only missing the League Cup game, and he showed the impressive form that eventually got him called up to the England squad for the World Cup.

It’s hard to pick one standout performer from the bunch, though perhaps Gabriel Magalhaes might have an edge with the supporters after his viral tweet poking fun at former Gunner and Chelsea striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
