Arsenal keen on 21yo Danish winger with 7 goals

Arsenal are keen to add to their attacking lineup in the January window and the latest player to be linked with the club is 21-year-old winger, Gustav Isaksen.

Gustav Isaksen currently plies his trade in Denmark for FC Midtjylland.

With seven goals and three assists this season in 24 games, Isaksen has caught the attention of a number of bigger clubs including Newcastle United, AC Milan and, apparently, Arsenal.

We know Arsenal are in the market for an attacking player in the January window and Mikel Arteta has got money to spend. We also know Arsenal are looking for young players, exactly like Isaksen.

Although valued at around £4m, FC Midtjylland are said to want an offer in the region of £17m to let him go.

His first professional deal, signed in May 2019, ties him to the club until 2024. Isaksen signed for FC Midtjylland from Roslev IK at u-12 level.
