Arsenal are one of a few Premier League clubs monitoring Christian Pulisic, with the player’s camp keen for him to leave Chelsea on a permanent deal.

ESPN reported that Arsenal, Newcastle United, and Manchester United have all been made aware of Christian Pulisic’s likely availability in the January transfer window, with the player’s representatives keen to find him a new club.

The Daily Mail also reported that Arsenal are interested, adding that Chelsea would want around £35m for the winger – who will have a year and a half left on his contract.

The Mail add that both Chelsea and Pulisic are unlikely to accept a loan offer in the January window, despite ESPN suggesting that would be Manchester United’s preferred option.

Pulisic is struggling for games at Chelsea, making just three Premier League starts this season, two of which were in the eight games under Graham Potter.

A transfer would seem to make sense, though it seems any potential interest is still in the early stages at the moment.

It’s worth mentioning that Fabrizio Romano seems less convinced of Arsenal’s interest in Pulisic.

Though Romano mentions the links between the two parties in his latest Daily Briefing, he adds that Mykhaylo Mudryk is Arsenal’s priority in the January window.
