Pablo Mari has signed his contract to join A.C. Monza on loan with an obligation to buy, with an announcement expected today.

Luca Bendoni of Di Marzio reports that Pablo Mari has signed his contract with A.C. Monza for a loan this season, with an obligation to buy if the team stays in Serie A – as previously reported by Fabrizio Romano.
At this stage, the transfer is a ‘done deal’, and the official announcement is expected today.
This follows footage from Sky Sport Italia of Mari arriving in Milan at the airport, the closest airport to Monza.

Di Marzio report that Mari then underwent his medical without any issues on Wednesday afternoon.
Kaya Kaynak of Football.London and Ryan Taylor of the Daily Express report that the obligation to buy will be set at €7m.

Mari made 15 appearances for Udinese last season, joining them towards the end of the January window.
A return to Italy looks like his best option this summer, as it’s evidently a league he can have more success in than he’s had in England.
Mari’s departure seemed somewhat inevitable after Arsenal left him out of their matchday squad against Crystal Palace on Friday night. It looks like we don’t have long to wait for official confirmation now.
