Hector Bellerin’s representatives are in talks with Arsenal over a contract termination, with negotiations likely to drag until the end of the window.

ABC Sevilla report that Hector Bellerin’s representatives are in talks with Arsenal to try and reach a satisfactory termination agreement with the club.
Bellerin is reportedly clear that he wants to play for Real Betis, but the negotiation isn’t simple and is unlikely to be resolved imminently.
Spanish outlet Sport recently reported that Arsenal were considering terminating Bellerin’s contract so he can complete a transfer, likely returning to Betis.
BeSoccer claim Bellerin would choose to leave Arsenal on a free transfer, giving up some or all of his remaining salary with the Gunners, if it would help him sign for the La Liga club.
Matteo Moretto then added that Bellerin’s representatives are in talks with Arsenal with the aim of securing the lowest possible departure fee, even a free transfer.

Previous reports suggest Atletico Madrid have held initial talks, speaking with both Arsenal and Bellerin’s agent about the prospect of a transfer.
James Benge of CBS Sports wrote in mid-June that Bellerin is considering his summer options and not limiting himself to a Betis return alone.
At the time, Benge reported that Arsenal wanted a fee for his sale. But with no offers forthcoming, maybe they’ll settle for mutual cancelation of his contract.
