Arsenal are said to be confident of getting Eddie Nketiah to sign a new deal, so what have they offered the forward to get him to change his mind?

Eddie Nketiah joined the Arsenal Academy after being released by Chelsea in 2015 because they thought he was too small.

Since then, he’s played around the fringes of the Arsenal first team, spending time on loan with Leeds and looking like he was set to leave the club this summer in search of more regular football.

A run in the first team in the latter stages of the 21/22 season and an improved Arsenal offer, however, seems to have got him to change his mind about leaving.

Arsenal have apparently offered Nketiah a new five-year deal worth around £100k-per-week.

Nketiah has also been offered a signing-on bonus of up to £5m over the course of the deal.

The Daily Mail believe that Nketiah is keen to stay at Arsenal after his run of games which saw him score five goals in the last seven games.
