Arsenal and Manchester United are pursuing a move for Youri Tielemans, who is reportedly set to cost just £25m this summer.

The Telegraph reported this week that Leicester City are making plans for summer signings, but their current financial situation will force them to sell to bring players in.
Youri Tielemans is one of the players likely to be on the way out, with The Telegraph writing that he’ll be priced at around £25m – due to being in the final year of his Leicester contract. The same outlet adds that the midfielder wants to play in the Champions League.
Ben Jacobs of CBS Sports reports that Arsenal and Manchester United are continuing to pursue Tielemans, but there’s little in the links to West Ham United and nothing in the repeated reports of interest from Liverpool.
So Arsenal and Manchester United are the front-runners, but Tielemans’ desire to play in the Champions League would presumably see a clear favourite emerge if either side make it into the top four.

Of course, there’s still a strong possibility that Tottenham Hotspur end up beating both of Tielemans’ suitors to Europe’s premium competition. In that case, neither would be able to offer the player Champions League football.
The Telegraph claim the 24-year-old is still open to seeing out the final year of his contract with Leicester City, and perhaps he would choose that path if he didn’t have the Champions League alternative.
Tielemans has seven goals and three assists in 38 games for Leicester City in all competitions this season, with eight of those goal contributions coming in his 23 Premier League games.
