Arsenal are considering offering Gabriel Magalhaes a new contract following two strong seasons with the club, according to a report.

CBS Sports report that Arsenal sources have indicated that the club are considering a new contract for Gabriel Magalhaes to reward his first two seasons with the club.
The deal obviously isn’t high-priority at the moment, considering Gabriel is tied down to 2025 and Arsenal have plenty of other urgent business to do this summer. But it’s seemingly already on their radar as something to sort out soon.
Gabriel has made 28 appearances for Arsenal so far this season. Only three players have played more minutes than him, despite the 24-year-old starting the campaign with an injury he picked up over the summer.
In his 25 Premier League appearances, Arsenal have kept 13 clean sheets, with Gabriel forming an excellent partnership with summer signing Ben White.
Given their respective ages, tying them both down could give Arsenal strong defensive options for many years to come.

Kieran Tierney is already on a long-term deal he signed last summer, as is Takehiro Tomiyasu, so a new contract for Gabriel would only add further security to Arsenal’s defensive planning.
It doesn’t seem like anything is particularly advanced at the moment, but it’s always nice to hear rumblings about extensions for players in good form.
