Bernd Leno will be leaving Arsenal and while the German probably wanted to leave during the January transfer window, he will be staying at the club until the summer.

At that point, Leno will have just one year left on his current Arsenal deal and the club will let him leave for around £5m according to the Daily Telegraph.

Arsenal have already agreed a deal with Matt Turner, who currently plays for New England Revolution.

He will join in the summer.

Leno signed for Arsenal in 2018 but was given just three games of this season before he was replaced as the club’s number one by Aaron Ramsdale.

He’s still only 29, basically a baby when it comes to goalkeepers, and is currently valued at £14.4m although this will, naturally, diminish as he continues to sit on the bench and his contract gets shorter.
