Arsenal are said to be interested in signing three players from Juventus when the January transfer window according to a report in Marca in Spain, although how much faith we can put in the report remains to be seen.

Predictably, Arsenal are connected with Aaron Ramsey, whom it feels Juventus have been trying to shift since not long after they picked him up from Arsenal on a free.

Given Ramsey’s age and wages, he is nothing like the profile of players Arsenal are looking to sign, so I’d be very surprised if there was anything to this rumour.

The other two players Arsenal have been linked with from Turin are Dejan Kulusevski and Arthur Melo.

Arthur is a 25-year-old centre mid, who has yet to score this season, but that probably has more to do with only getting 317 minutes, so far.

He has one goal in 2,031 minutes since signing from Barcelona in September 2020.

Arsenal reportedly contacted Kulusevski’s agent three weeks ago.

The 21-year-old winger has one goal and two assists in 706 minutes this season and, like Arthur, is under contract until 2025.
