Jeunes Footeux report that Arsenal are actively looking for multiple strikers at the moment, given Alexandre Lacazette’s expiring contract and the disciplinary situation with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

The same outlet mentioned Arsenal’s interest in Jonathan David earlier this week, but they now add that the Gunners are also pursuing Arthur Cabral of FC Basel.

Cabral is in fantastic form this season, scoring 27 goals in all competitions before the turn of the year.

Both moves appear to be complicated by the competition, with the likes of Barcelona and PSG interested in Cabral, whilst David has Liverpool after him.

This all follows the Evening Standard’s report that Arsenal are scouting a number of different options up front, with David on their shortlist.

Goal report that Arsenal are long-term admirers of David, who is expected to move in the summer.

Goal also mention Arsenal’s strong relationship with the French club, following the deals for Gabriel Magalhaes and Nicolas Pepe.

The Gunners do have other options on the table, with a lot of talk about Dominic Calvert-Lewin in recent months.

It’s pretty clear they’ll be in for a striker in the summer, we just don’t know which one yet.
