Aiming to bounce back from defeat at Anfield, let’s take a look at our Arsenal predicted lineup to face Newcastle United on Saturday.

Arsenal’s 10-game unbeaten run came to an emphatic end with a heavy defeat to Liverpool at the weekend, but they have the chance to turn things around against the Premier League’s bottom side on Saturday.
Newcastle United travel to the Emirates Stadium, and with no game for five days on either side of the match, Mikel Arteta isn’t going to have any restrictions on his starting lineup – barring the injuries to Granit Xhaka and Sead Kolasinac.
Here’s our Arsenal predicted lineup to take on Newcastle United.
Goalkeeper

Aaron Ramsdale was one of few players to come out of Arsenal’s match against Liverpool with some credit, making a number of top saves to keep the score down. It’s pretty likely he keeps his place over Bernd Leno.
Defence

We’re predicting one change in defence, with Kieran Tierney coming in for Nuno Tavares.
Tavares had a tough day away at Anfield, which will happen as a young and inexperienced player, but Arteta can take him out of the spotlight and give Tierney his first Arsenal minutes since October 18th.
The rest of the defence should stay as it’s been for a while now, with Gabriel Magalhaes, Ben White, and Takehiro Tomiyasu all starting.
Midfield

Thomas Partey should start, but his midfield partner is up for debate. Albert Sambi Lokonga didn’t have his best game against Liverpool, but Ainsley Maitland-Niles wasn’t a huge improvement in the 37 minutes he spent on the pitch either.
It’s a bit of a toss-up, but perhaps Maitland-Niles has the edge after his Man of the Match performance in the previous home game against Watford was followed by an underwhelming start from Lokonga.
Bukayo Saka and Emile Smith Rowe should keep their places in the wide positions.
Forwards

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette will probably both keep their places, as Arsenal have done well against the league’s lower sides with the duo up front.
Though it’s arguably now the case that their places are more under threat now. The duo need to step up and start scoring again, as it’s been three games for Aubameyang and five games for Lacazette since they contributed to a goal.
Martin Odegaard will probably be the most hopeful of breaking back in and taking Lacazette’s place. Gabriel Martinelli is another option up front.
