Video: Bukayo Saka scores for England

Bukayo Saka scored an impressive goal for England to make it two in two games for his country as they thrashed Andorra again on Saturday.

Bukayo Saka was one of two Arsenal players to receive a call-up for the international break, with Aaron Ramsdale also joining the squad this month.

There was some expectation Gareth Southgate would rotate for the first of the two fixtures against Andorra, with a trickier tie against Hungary up next. That raised hopes that perhaps both Arsenal men could be involved.

Unfortunately, Sam Johnstone was selected for the rotation goalkeeper position on this occasion, but Saka did get a start on the right-wing.

Saka had scored one goal, set up two more, and won Player of the Match in his last England appearance against the same opposition, and he added to his goal tally with another in the 40th minute on Saturday.

Running in behind the full-back, Saka received the ball from a long pass from Phil Foden. He took one touch to control it, before lashing home a near-post finish for 2-0.

England were more than comfortable for the rest of the fixture, and they ended up winning 5-0.

With Saka completing the full 90 against Andorra and Jordan Pickford likely to reclaim his place in goal, we’re unlikely to see much more of the Arsenal contingent for the remainder of England’s international break. But you never know.
