Despite Arsenal receiving 11 international call-ups from their first team for this week, there are still plenty of players not featuring with their countries over the break.

As a result, Arsenal decided to put on a friendly match against QPR.

Reports suggest a number of experienced players featured in the match, including Alexandre Lacazette, Gabriel Martinelli, Gabriel, Ben White, and Ainsley Maitland-Niles.

But there were also some youth call-ups, including u18 players Taylor Foran and Mauro Bandeira.

Per Football.London, the Arsenal XI ended up securing a 3-2 win, though we still don’t have many details on the game. Even the goalscorers remain a mystery at this stage.

A win is a win, and hopefully, it keeps the non-international players ticking over before the first team return to competitive action with a match against Crystal Palace on Monday, 18th October at 20:00 BST.
