After Wednesday’s total lack of TV coverage, Arsenal are set to see at least their next nine games televised in the UK.

On Wednesday night, those who weren’t lucky enough to attend Arsenal’s League Cup fixture against AFC Wimbledon in person were largely unable to watch the game at all, with so few countries getting broadcast rights.

That led to a rather amusing scenario where one fan started streaming the game from his phone. Fortunately, it looks like he can put away his portable charger for the next couple of months.

With the latest round of Premier League TV picks and confirmation on the Leeds League Cup tie, Arsenal’s next nine games are now guaranteed to be televised in the United Kingdom. Here’s the schedule (times in BST):

  • Sunday, Sep 26, 16:30: Arsenal vs Spurs – Sky Sports
  • Saturday, Oct 2, 17:30: Brighton vs Arsenal – Sky Sports
  • Monday, Oct 18, 20:00: Arsenal vs Crystal Palace – Sky Sports
  • Friday, Oct 22, 20:00: Arsenal vs Aston Villa – Sky Sports
  • Tuesday, Oct 26, 19:45: Arsenal vs Leeds United – Sky Sports
  • Saturday, Oct 30, 12:30: Leicester City vs Arsenal – BT Sport
  • Sunday, Nov 7, 14:00: Arsenal vs Watford – Sky Sports
  • Saturday, Nov 20, 17:30: Liverpool vs Arsenal – Sky Sports
  • Saturday, Nov 27, 12:30: Arsenal vs Newcastle United – BT Sport

Given the 10th game is Arsenal’s trip to Old Trafford, you’d expect that one will be picked up for TV coverage as well. But the Premier League haven’t yet announced the picks for the midweek fixture at the end of November, as it’s still a long time away.

So if you can’t get tickets, there will probably still be an easy way to watch the next few months of matches.
