Ben White has been ruled out of Arsenal’s game against Manchester City while Kieran Tierney is a doubt but Gabriel Martinelli should be ok.

Arsenal lost two players against Chelsea as they went down 2-0 on Sunday in the Premier League. Kieran Tierney was the first to drop, sitting himself down with a quad problem in the second half.

Not long after, Arsenal were forced to bring on Folarin Balogun for Gabriel Martinelli.

Speaking after the match, Mikel Artea confirmed that it was indeed a quad problem for Tierney while Martinelli, thankfully, was only suffering from cramp.

As a result, the Brazilian should be fit for Arsenal’s game against Manchester City next weekend if he doesn’t make the squad for the game against West Brom on Wednesday night in the League Cup.

Arsenal will, however, be waiting on the results of tests in regards to Kieran Tierney’s problem

Ben White, meanwhile, will miss both those games as the latest Arsenal player to have Covid-19 since the start of the season.

Arsenal are currently without Alexandre Lacazette (Covid), Willian (Covid), Alex Runarsson (Covid), Eddie Nketiah (ankle), Thomas PArtey (ankle) and Gabriel (knee).
