Arsenal have confirmed that Nikita Parris has joined the club as Lyon confirm the fee of €80,000 with add-ons of a possible €20,000.

Arsenal have signed former Manchester City striker and England international, Nikita Parris from Lyon.
Parris joined Lyon in the summer of 2019, playing 53 matches for them and scoring 33 goals, including a Champions League final goal against Bayern Munich in the 2020 final.
The 27-year-old, who also played for Everton, told Arsenal.com, “I’m very happy to be here, Arsenal has an unbelievable history and I want to be a part of this.
“I want to achieve all domestic titles and compete in the champions league here. I’m happy to be back in the WSL which has grown and improved so much since I left.
“I think I’ve grown and matured both as a person and a player,” she added. “My ultimate goal was to go out to France and win the Champions League and the domestic league trophies, basically every trophy that was available, and I did that in the time I was there. I met some unbelievable people, played with some fantastic players and really grew as a player because of that.”
Jonas Eidevall, added: “I’m very pleased to have signed Nikita and add to our strong strike force. She is a talented player and has a winners mentality and I’m looking froward to working with her once she returns from the Olympics.”
