James Benge reports that Reiss Nelson is mulling his options over for a move away from Arsenal this summer. He has several suitors in the Bundesliga, including teams that finished in the top half last season.

Hertha BSC have a long-standing interest in the winger, and Olympiacos are also keen. Given Hertha only narrowly avoided relegation last season, they can’t be one of the top-half Bundesliga teams.

The Olympiacos interest has been pretty well documented, breaking in early April. Back then, the reports were that the Greek club wanted a loan, but a sale seems more likely for Nelson at the moment.

CBS Sports recently reported that Arsenal are looking to use the sale of various first-teamers to raise funds this summer, and Nelson is among those on the potential list of departures.

Nelson made one first-team appearance for Arsenal in 2021, and it was on January 9th in the FA Cup. He played a few times for the u23s and performed well, but it didn’t lead to further integration in Mikel Arteta’s squad.
