Perhaps no greater indictment of Arsenal’s season so far can be found than the fact that Willian has more Premier League assists than any other Arsenal player.

Willian has been the most derided Arsenal player this season, and with good reason. He has been truly awful more often than not.

While he seems to have found something resembling form recently with two assists in his last two games, his five assists come from just four league games out of a total of 27 (two vs Fulham, one vs Wolves, one vs Leicester, one vs Burnley).

Yet there he is, sitting at the top of our assists table.

We all know that Arsenal have a problem with creating chances, something that Martin Odegaard was brought in in January to try and address.

So far, Odegaard has played 294 Premier League minutes and he may or may not have one registered assist (Transfermarkt says 0, fbref says one).

Across all competitions, Bukayo Saka leads the way with seven assists.
