It is that time of the year when key Euro qualifiers land in the middle of a busy domestic season, so what Arsenal players have been called up?

As usual, most of the squad have been called up and we already have a couple of injuries and players who have withdrawn from international duty.

England Arsenal callups

Leah Williamson, Lotte Wubben-Moy, Jordan Nobbs, Beth Mead.

Nobbs is back from the injury that kept her out for a while and will link up with England alongside her three team-mates.

England have no game again as their Norway friendly has been cancelled due to Covid-19 traveling problem.

Scotland Arsenal callups

Kim Little and Jennifer Beattie are in the squad as Scotland will battle with their two main competitors for the Group’s first place.

Scotland have to win both games to stay in the race. The final group games will be played in February due to Covid-19 postponements.

Netherlands Arsenal callups

Danielle van de Donk, Vivianne Miedema and Jill Roord were called up by Sarina Wiegmann for the upcoming friendly against the USA and the dead rubber against Kosovo as the Netherlands have already qualified for the Euro 2022.

Unfortunately, Vivianne Miedema had to withdraw due to a hip injury.

Germany Arsenal callups

Leonie Maier has been called up for the two Germany qualifiers against Greece and Ireland.

Germany have already qualified for the tournament.

Ireland Arsenal callups

Katie McCabe has been called up for the decisive game against Germany.

Ireland need to match Ukraine’s result. Ukraine are at home to Montenegro who have nil points, scored one, and conceded 26 goals so far.

So, basically Ireland need to beat Germany, and the odds of that happening are very slim.

Switzerland Arsenal callups

Lia Walti, Noelle Maritz and Malin Gut have been called up for the final qualifying game away to Belgium.

A draw would send Switzerland through to the Euro finals.

Austria Arsenal callups

Manuela Zinsberger and Viktoria Schnaderbeck were called up for the decisive game away to France in Guingamp. This game will decide the group winner even if there is a second game at home to Serbia.

Unfortunately, the Captain had to withdraw due to the knee injury that kept her our of the Arsenal squad in the last two games.

Australia Arsenal callups

Caitlin Foord, Lydia Williams.

A training camp was supposed to happen in this window in Europe but no announcement has been made.

Hopefully, there will be no extra injuries for the Arsenal players as the international break curse still seems to be very strong.
