Jordi Osei-Tutu made a strong impression on the Cardiff City fans with his performance on Sunday, but he came off with an injury concern.
There’s little doubt that Osei-Tutu’s loan to Cardiff City is looking like a positive move so far. Only dropping down one division to the Championship, it’s a good chance for the right-back to test himself against some strong sides, and he’s started every game so far.
Although Cardiff’s results have been very mixed so far, Osei-Tutu is improving with each game, and he put in a really strong performance on Sunday. The fans were clearly enjoying the Arsenal loanee’s display, heaping praise on him on social media:

BIG chance for Cardiff!
Great work from Osei-Tutu, but Kieffer Moore cannot hit the target from close range…

Unfortunately, the 22-year-old picked up an injury forcing him off the pitch. There’s no word yet on exactly how serious the problem is.

Osei-Tutu has been great today, I really hope it’s not a bad injury for him and he’s got for Wednesday

As long as the injury is nothing too bad, Osei-Tutu looked nailed on to continue his run of games with Cardiff in the coming weeks and months. At his age, it would be the perfect time to have a breakout season and return to try and stake a claim at Arsenal.
